Our Framework

Our Mission

A vision means little without a way to act on it. This is how we actually do the work — and why the work looks the way it does.

Mission Statement

We scan the hearts of young people to understand their mental health, and provide them with a support circle for holistic healing.

Why This Approach

The system isn’t broken — it’s misaligned

Multicultural youth and young adults are facing a deepening mental and physical health crisis that the current healthcare system wasn’t designed to solve. Care remains fragmented, reactive, and individualistic — out of step with the collectivist, community-centered values of many of the families we serve.

Culturally Misaligned Care

Westernized, individual-focused systems fail to reflect collectivist cultural values.

Limited Access & Early Intervention

Youth lack affordable, accessible, and preventive mental health services.

Mind and Body Treated Separately

Mental health and heart health are treated as unrelated systems, despite clear biological and behavioral links.

Family & Community Left Out

Healing models rarely integrate peer, family, school, and community support.

The MyMenta Model

Two ideas, working together

We combine two core innovations to close the gap between when a struggle starts and when someone actually gets support.

01

Heart-Based Early Detection

We treat heart imaging and biometric insight as early indicators of emotional distress — because mental health often shows up in the body before it’s ever spoken aloud.

02

Circle-Based Healing Support

MyMenta Circles bring peer support, family-inclusive sessions, mentorship, and culturally responsive group therapy into one structured, community-centered space.
